Beautiful views and great location. very helpful and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. Food was amazing. Lovely personal touches - cake and prosecco in our room for our anniversary! And the welcome drink was a lovely idea too!

The hotel and staff are lovely. The mattress in our room was perfect for us so we always got a good night's sleep. Turquoise Restaurant for breakfast and dinner has gorgeous location and the food was great. In our room you couldn't turn off the "rain forest " big shower head which wasn't a problem really once we knew but was never rectified during our stay. The other problem was a grass area above our room had water sprinklers on it every night. This soaked our terrace area and the drain was inefficient so every morning it was wet ( about 2cm depth) until the sun dried it. Not a big thing everything else was great but when I reported it I was asked would I like to change room. Honestly we were on our way out for the day so no we didn't want to pack and move. That was on Friday 20th June. Thinking they should do something about it I reported it every day. After all someone after us might fall as the tiles were slippy in the wet and it ruin their holiday if injured. Any way when we left on 26th June it was still the same. On reflection we should have changed room but it's an effort to do so. However , as I say in my title things don't get fixed so if anything is wrong do move. Ps the spa area is lovely on a hot afternoon 😍

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and special. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none, service here is truly top-notch. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views and elegant interiors. We especially loved the spa, which was the perfect place to unwind and indulge. The treatments and facilities were absolutely gorgeous and left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Dining at Rixos was another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a treat. Overall, we had an amazing time and created memories we’ll never forget. Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is the perfect choice for a special occasion or just a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!
