Great facilities

Rixos water world Aktau is a fabulous, the heated infinity pool is just spectacular. The managers were always there to help us, the time we spent there was relaxing and entertaining.

Typically Rixos but not for business purporses

feels like a train station, huge amount of people, service does not correspond to 5 stars, the reception has absolutely no experience, they tried to withdraw money retroactively without issuing the correct invoice, after contacting and withdrawing money they simply do not respond to any e-mails.

Great stay!

It was a great stay! Our room was given 1 hour late, that's why as a compliment we've been given large room.
