feels like a train station, huge amount of people, service does not correspond to 5 stars, the reception has absolutely no experience, they tried to withdraw money retroactively without issuing the correct invoice, after contacting and withdrawing money they simply do not respond to any e-mails.

It was a great stay! Our room was given 1 hour late, that's why as a compliment we've been given large room.

Staff service is poor, cannot communicate with quests, need to work with personnel with that, food variance is poor

Overall, everything is good, but the housekeeping service is very poor. I waited for three days, and when they finally arrived, they informed me that their working hours were nearly over. They said if we wanted them to clean our room, we needed to leave immediately.
