I had a fantastic stay at the downtown. The location is great, the hotel is a wonderful vibe. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and caring! We were upgraded to a sea view room, thank you Shah at the front desk, special thank you to AbdulLateef and Anastasia for always informing us of daily activities and checking to see if everything is ok for us. Thank you also to Batoine the lifeguard, who was extremely friendly. Special thank you to Suda, in the buffet area, she was so kind and caring always served us what we needed in the morning without having to ask!! Her service was wonderful, and I enjoyed our morning greetings. I loved the look of hotel, everything you need is within the resort so I didn’t have to leave which was nice as this was my first time going away with my baby and I felt like everything I needed was catered to. We didn’t have any issues, and whenever we needed something the staff were always there to help promptly. Thank you so much to all the staff, the housekeeping and friendly faces at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful and will definitely be coming back.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, food in the main restaurant was fantastic especially lunch and dinner. Breakfast could be improved with variety of meats other than beef. Hotel atmosphere and interior is very unique and inviting, amazing space and clean. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the a la carte meal as it rained when we booked turunc outside the main restaurant food was still enjoyable. Hotel room is nice and clean, our sea view was amazing to look at every morning, good location very close to old town, the nearby beach is clean and has good staff too, my husband had a fantastic birthday here. The locals are also really friendly and welcoming.
