Overall good stay. Check in on the 4 november in the evening was great. The man in the reception made us feel welcome. We where on half board and did not know that soft drinks where included. The first night a girl tried to charge us, but then someone else came over and said it was included. The rooms was clean and the staff did a great job. At the beach one nation took over the beach as it was towels on the beds early in the morning, but some of them did not use them before noon, while others tried to find beds. Should not be like this when you are on holiday that you have to get up before 7 to get a sunbed. The day before check out we ask if we could keep the room longer as we had a late flight. We where told that Mondays are very busy so no we could not keep it longer. Then I went back to the reception and asked that if we paid extra could we then keep the room, then she said yes. We could keep it until 18 for AED 500. Why did she not say that when we first asked. When checking out on the 13 November at 18, the girl in the reception was not friendly. We paid a deposit when checking in and from that 2 room services and the extra for the room was to be deducted. She gave us a price and it was not correct. She did something in the system and then told us the correct price. She did not give us any receipt or offered any help with our luggage. After returning home it turns out the we where charged twice for keeping the room - so 2 deductions instead of one - One of the deductions where correct room and room service, but not the other one that was just the room. We have sent an e-mail regarding this.
