Rixos Premium Bodrum

I felt very relaxing stayed in the hotel, the staffs are nice and helpful, the lobby and coffee restaurant decorations are very chic and modern, the lobby outside sitting area very chilled, quiet and breathtaking view, the food are very nice and fresh, in the future I well come back again.

We have been several times to this hotel it’s located in the most beautiful bay with breathtaking scenery. Very chic and relaxing, super service in all the bars and restaurants. Very clean with an army of people constantly tidying cleaning and manicuring the grounds. The refurbished rooms are stunning and stylish there’s still some that haven’t yet been refurbished and are quite dated and in need of an update. The location for the evening entertainment is gorgeous on a decking right on the sea but a couple of the acts seemed a little old fashioned and dated to us and we were amongst the oldest so they didn’t seem to suit the hotel or the age range of lots of the guests. Saying that there was also a couple of groups that were really good. It would also be good if the entertainment went on for another hour or so and finished at midnight instead of 11pm. The Al a Carte restaurants particularly Kalamata are stunning and made for a very special evening. We had a few problems booking into them but this may have been a lack of communication between us and our room assistant as we were getting frustrated that he hadn’t booked us in but he hadn’t explained the booking process for this so we just thought he wasn’t being helpful with making the bookings. L’Olivo was booked for us on our last night, when we arrived at the restaurant we were shown to a really large table for 8 people that couldn’t be made into a table for 2 we managed to move to a more suitable table after our starters but maybe this could be one of the reasons the restaurant was difficult to book as it would make more sense to have tables that could be altered in size to accommodate more reservations. There’s a beautiful sun deck that was really lovely to sunbathe on with great drinks service. Engin runs this very well as there is no shortage of staff offering water/cocktails and snacks nothing is too much trouble. In the main restaurant Turquoise this is very well organised a lovely setting for breakfast lunch and dinner lots of tables and staff on hand to serve drinks and clear the tables. Mohammed ran this with calm efficiency and Ariato on the grill section of the restaurant cooked us lots of beautiful fish and even served it to our table for us. Great food offerings with beautifully fresh salads and fruit constantly being prepared. Mehmet the waiter in Turquoise stood out to us as so polite and helpful always very welcoming and had a calm professional manner. All in all a wonderful holiday with just a couple of minor issues that were sorted out very quickly. Will definitely return again

Over priced

The welcome from the staff is good, especially Mr. Hamid, who gave us the villa offer. It was a nice experience for the family and all services are good except for the connection between the villa and the rest of the facilities.
