Hotel was beautiful, staff were lovely. Overall we had a great experience

Service can be improved, food in different restaurants is lower than normal. Specifically the restaurants where you need to pay extra charge. You need to pay for poor service and low quality food. However, we had special event, the service was even worse.

The hotel and facilities were great, I feel the let down was the service. A lot of the staff were quite miserable and you had to ask for everything. In the buffet we were nearly finished our meal by the time we got offered a drink - there should be self service drinks for people that don’t want to wait as service is not fast enough. I also felt the English were not treat as good at this hotel, at times we were completely ignored. Also there was a lack of entertainment for adults on a night time, tea starts at 7pm but entertainment isn’t until 9:30pm, there should be something in between even if it’s just bingo ect. I also was disappointed that a lot of facilities were not open, bowling was closed, pool tables mostly closed, most water slides closed.

Experience was good overall except some things that I would've expect from a 5* ultra all inclusive hotel. - I was expecting to have beef/lamb shawarma every day - in the end it's Turkey, not Greece - lamb chops only in one day at the barbeque - no pork - I can understand the religious thing, but since it was specific food like India Corner I would expect a corner with pork too for a lot of Europeans travelling there - no seafood - people that I've traveled with received random gifts: champagne, etc and we didn't. Can't understand this random stuff. - land of legends access- failed experience, we've left with a 30 minute delay, you arrive there and you basically stay 2 hours until you need to leave, last bus being at 16:30. Also some friends that we traveled with and had a infant (6 months) were asked to changed the bus 3 times before they were sent back to the hotel.

We came for our honeymoon to relax and had an amazing time. The food and drink is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. The entertainment is also top notch. There are a few things that could make it better though. Maybe a menu for the buffet each night. Just so you can choose what days to book you al la carte on so you don’t miss out on your favourite foods like sushi or steak night! Also, the mini bar is a really good feature. But, the only alcohol is beer. This is great for me but not for my wife who won’t drink it. So maybe another alcoholic option should be added. Apart from that, the whole stay was amazing and we will be back!
