We stayed for 7 days. The resort is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the unpleasant rancid smell in the Turquoise restaurant. It wasn’t coming from the food, but seemed to linger on the floors, dishes, and cups, and it was there throughout our stay. This made the dining experience uncomfortable, especially for Middle Eastern guests, for whom such odors can be a major turn-off.

had A. wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from Yara at Guest Relations. She was always professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Yara went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Honestly, she is the best Guest Relations staff I have ever met, and she truly made our stay memorable. Thank you, Yara, for your outstanding hospitality!

The resort is well located in the area and has A. very professional, friendly and hospitable staff working hard to provide guests with the best service experience and comfort during their stay, excellent place to leave all stress behind and enjoy some relaxing time with the family....we loved the resort with the all inclusive deal and access to the amazing Land of legends theme park, we also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and places and activities within the resort... definitely 100/100 exceptional please recommend and will definitely visit there again
