One of the best hotels we have stayed in (and we spent many years staying in top hotels around the world for business). The attention to detail is exceptional for a holiday hotel, your staff are a credit to you. I would like to make a special mention for Derya who served us in the restaurant most days with kindness and skill, however all staff we had dealings with were outstanding, making our holiday memorable. We hope to return in the future.
I have to say this hotel is one of my favourites in the world. Absolutely sublime experience, always the most welcoming staff and cleanest facilities. The food is excellent
Food was a big problem. Although lunch and dinner was included, we never could really get veg options. I am sure you do get guests from India, Pakistan alot. So you should add some Indian cuisines to your list. Or if you can't, in case any of us are staying at your hotel, you could just ask them to make Indian food for us. Coz otherwise it's a big turn off to stay at your hotel.
