Otelin hizmet anlayisi A plus, hersey olmasi gerektiginin bir level ustu, tum personel guleryuzlu ve tatilinizin iyi gecmesi icin insanustu cabalari var. Iki cocuklu bir aile olarak Rixy Kids Club cocuklarimizla muhtesem aktiviteler ve oyunlar ile eglenceli bir tatil gecirmesino sagladi, bu kadar buyuk bir kids club alani baska hicbir otelde deneyimlememistik. Yemekler icin soylenecek tek kelime hepsi muhtesem hersey cok lezzetli, son olarak ozellikle Fantasy Bar ekibine cok tesekkur ederiz Gizem Hanim, Sumeyye Hanim, Berk Bey ve Nurlan Bey keyifle yapiyorlar islerini ve bu enerji misafir olarak size geciyor. Tum otel ekibi ve yonetimine tesekkur ederiz.

Öncelikle odamızla ilgili bir problem yaşadık ve bu problem müsteri ilişkilerinden İbrahim Bey tarafında çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüldü. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz sayesinde tatilimiz çok daha güzel geçti. Otel olanakları çok iyi ve yeterliydi. Odalar temizdi. Havuzlar, tuvaletler ve duşlar her yerde ve rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir durumdaydı. Gece eğlenceleri, müzik performansları harikaydı. Otelin en memnun kaldığım alanı kesinlikle kids club oldu. Etkinlikler, atölyeler sayesinde kızım hiç sıkılmadı. Fairytail festival kapsamında kızımız bale ve modern dans gösterisine çıktı. Ailemiz için unutulmaz bir anı ve deneyim oldu. Rabia öğretmenimizi hala anıyoruz çok tatlı ve özverili biri. Çocuk bölümü restaurantı da çok başarılıydı. Aburcubur bölümü kızımı hayran bıraktı diyebilirim😅 Alacrarte restaurantlardan İtalyan restaurantını kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Lezzetler mükemmeldi çok memnun kaldık. Bizimle ilgilenen personel arkadaşa (adını hatırlayamıyorum ama tüm personel inanılmaz özenli ve ilgiliydi)teşekkürler. Meksika reataurantı da başarılıydı. Omara Hanım çok tatlı bir personel kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Olumsuz bulduğum tek tarafı genel restaurantıydı. Labirent gibi, bir yemekhane havasındaydı maalesef. Keşke daha ferah bir şekilde tasarlansa o bölüm. Yemekler ortalamaydı. Meze ve zeytinyağlı bölümünde hep aynı ikramlar vardı. Çeşitlendirilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Kahvaltıda çıkan kıymalı börek müthişti. Ustamın eline sağlık👏 Seneye tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Sunduğunuz deneyimler için teşekkürler🙏
