Overall we had a great stay, the kids had a great time and we really enjoyed the food

One of my key satisfactory was the staff service in the resort, I can't express myself enough how comfortable I fealt with the service provided by Staff...many thanks goes to Sohaib Ali,Hammad and Yassin at the reception the are always were prepared to do extra miles just to make you fill happy. I can't wait to go back and see those lovely people 😍 💕

Enjoyed our family stay. But the villa was outdated, needs renovation.

STill needs improving- overall ok but lots to work on

Hotel location was excellent, a quiet private spot right on the beach. The previous two years we had spent our vacation at Al Marjan island. The location and the sea at Rixos was much, much better. Rooms were nice, though little bit small for a family. What we immediately noted with great pleasure and satisfaction the absence of different bracelets on the wrists and towel cards that are used at other hotels/resorts. The reception desk staff was very professional and friendly. Food at Turquoise restaurant was great: rich variety that could satisfy any taste and dietary preference. Some sea food was served every day. Thursday dinner was all sea food. Very nice. Fresh fruits including guava, rambutans, passion fruit were always there. Indian dishes were great. The restaurant staff was professional and friendly, ready to go an extra mile to satisfy the needs and wants of the guests. The Italian restaurant L'Olivio was very elegant with, food and drinks served was very nice. The steakhouse Toro Loco was fantastic, great ambience, tasty food and friendly service. However, we were not satisfied with the Turkish restaurant at all. We had to wait 15 minutes before we were offered seats though we had reserved seats in advance. Initially they offered seats next to the kitchen. This was just shame. To cut short, the first course was served at least 45 minutes after the reservation time. Food was OK, nothing special. The staff at the Dome lounge bar was fantastic. Selection of cocktails at Bodega was pretty impressive. Since our airline had changed the time of the flight we had asked for take away breakfast. It could be better. Room service, mini bar replenishment service and buggy service were at very high level, organized and delivered professionally. The life guards at the beaches and swimming pools were very friendly. Having two pools (the 16+ pool and the one at the "far end" of the hotel territory) with relatively cold water was a great idea. I would like to mention the Security service of the hotel. We had left a backpack in the taxi that brought us from Manar Mall. The Security service helped us to identify the car and arranged the pick up.
