General Rules & Regulations

Please wear your wristband throughout your stay to ensure seamless access to all our experiences.
Please note that after check-out at 12 pm, you will no longer be entitled to use the hotel facilities. Additional charges will apply if you wish to stay longer at the premises.
Lunch is not included on the day of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to close or alter the operating hours of venues from time to time, depending on hotel occupancy or any operational conditions, and will not be liable in this regard.
Day-use charges apply to visitors of hotel guests. Please contact Guest Relations for more information.
To help protect the environment and promote sustainability, bed sheets will be changed every three days. Please notify our team if you would like to have your sheet updated more frequently.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to our property during their stay and the associated costs.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to be eligible for à la carte reservations.
Dinner on the first night of your stay is at Seven Heights.

Reservations can only be made for the same day.
Breakfast and lunch are limited to 45 minutes, and dinner is limited to 90 minutes.
Guests not arriving within 15 minutes of the reservation time are considered a no-show, and their reservation will be cancelled.
Please note that wet clothes, transparent clothing, swimwear, and swim shorts are not permitted in any restaurant or indoor bar at the hotel.
A la carte restaurant bookings are limited to eight people.
A la carte restaurant reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Last order 30 minutes prior to closing.
Table reservation at Isla Beach Bar is not allowed. Unattended items will be handed to Lost & Found after 30 minutes.
The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
For visitors of in-house hotel guests, day-use and evening-use charges apply. Visitors of in-house guests are only allowed between 11:00 am - 05:00 pm for day-use and 06:00 pm - 11:00 pm for evening-use.

Last order 30 minutes prior to closing.
