VOICE & VIDEO CALL REGULATIONS 🛜
Please note that video and voice calling applications are banned in Qatar and will not function within the country. To stay connected and communicate effectively, we recommend using alternative apps that are approved and accessible in Qatar, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. These platforms provide a reliable and compliant means to make video and voice calls, ensuring adherence to local regulations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

RESERVATION POLICY FOR RESTAURANTS
A la carte restaurant reservations depend on availability and are not guaranteed. Please contact our Guest Relations Team by dialling “0” from your in-room telephone.
Please note that wet clothing, transparent clothing, swimwear, and swim shorts are not permitted in any restaurant, indoor bar, or the lobby at the hotel.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to our property during their stay and the associated costs.
Safety boxes are available in all rooms for guests to securely store their valuable belongings.

SMOKING POLICY
Please be informed that Rixos Gulf Doha Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy within all indoor areas and guest rooms. Smoking devices such as vapes, IQOS, Glo, and traditional cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the building.
A penalty of QAR 1,000 will be applicable for any violations of this policy.
For your convenience, designated smoking areas are available near the entrance of the Main Pool area.
