As per Qatar law, all guests checking into the hotel are required to present a valid Qatar ID or a valid Passport.
Please note that after check-out at 12 pm, you will no longer be entitled to use the hotel facilities. Additional charges will apply if you wish to stay longer at the premises.
Please note that lunch on the day of check-out is not included for guests on Full Board or All-Inclusive.
To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all guests, swimwear, overly revealing attire, excessive skin exposure, slippers, sandals, and bare feet are not permitted in the lobby or restaurants.
Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is strictly non-smoking indoors and in guest rooms and suites. Smoking devices, including vapes, IQOS, Glo, and cigarettes are prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to modify operating hours or close venues as necessary due to occupancy levels or operational requirements, without liability.
Safety boxes are available in all rooms for guests to securely store their valuable belongings.
To support sustainability and care for the environment, bed sheets are changed every three days. Should you prefer more frequent changes, please inform our team.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be charged for the associated costs.
As per Qatar law, photographing or filming individuals in public areas without their consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences, including imprisonment of up to one year and fines up to QAR 100,000.
For visitors of in-house guests, day-use and evening-use fees will apply.
Restaurants & Bars Terms & Conditions
- A minimum two-night All-Inclusive stay is required for dining at Mr. Tailor Steakhouse and Rasa, with bookings from the second day. All-inclusive guests have a selected menu.
- Dinner on the first night of your stay is at Farmhouse.

Guests not arriving within 15 minutes of the reservation time will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be cancelled.
Please note that wet clothes, transparent clothing, swimwear, and swim shorts are not permitted in any restaurant or indoor bar at the hotel.
À la carte restaurant reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
À la carte restaurant reservations can only be made for the same day.
The last order is taken 30 minutes prior to the restaurant’s closing time.
The brands included in the beverage concept may be replaced with equivalent alternatives due to possible changes in customs regulations or other factors beyond the hotel's control. The hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative beverage brand if a requested item is unavailable.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend the operating hours of its restaurants and bars, including during Ramadan, in accordance with operational requirements and capacity
Kids & Sports Club, Spa Terms & Conditions
Exclusive Sports Club access is limited to guests aged 16 years and above. Sport activities for kids are available for children aged 4 to 12 years. Classes have limited capacity and require advance booking. Guests should bring their own towels and arrive at least five minutes before the scheduled session.
Outdoor Programs: Timetables may vary and are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions, operational requirements, local regulations, or during Ramadan.
Rixy Kids Club offers activities for children aged 4 to 12. Children aged 3 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Splash Zone; Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all time at the splash zone.
Babysitting is subject to availability with a minimum of four hours’ advance booking at QAR 150 per hour for one child or QAR 200 per hour for siblings.
Anjana Spa access is limited to guests aged 16 years and above.
Beach: Due to shells and stony seabed, please be cautious and wear sandals or beach shoes when walking on the beach and entering the sea.
