As per Qatar law, all guests checking into the hotel are required to present a valid Qatar ID or a valid Passport.
After the check-out time of 12:00 PM, guests will no longer have access to hotel facilities. Please note that lunch on the day of check-out is not included for guests on Full Board or All-Inclusive.
The hotel reserves the right to close or modify the operating hours of its venues at any time, depending on occupancy or operational requirements, and shall not be held liable in this regard.
In support of environmental sustainability, bed linens are changed every three days. Kindly inform our team should you wish to have your linens refreshed more frequently.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to our property during their stay and the associated costs.
As per Qatar law, photographing or filming individuals in public areas without their consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
